What they do

The Twinview Change Advisory Board (CAB) provides governance and oversight for all significant changes to our platform, operating procedures, and security protocols. The CAB ensures that every proposed change is assessed for potential risk, security impact, and business continuity before implementation.

The board is composed of internal stakeholders from engineering, operations, compliance, and information security teams, alongside independent third-party specialists who provide objective oversight and technical expertise.

Through structured review and approval processes, the CAB helps maintain system stability, safeguard customer data, and ensure all updates align with Twinview’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and change control policies. Regular CAB meetings and documented change logs promote accountability, traceability, and continuous improvement across our SaaS environment.

Joining the Change Advisory Board

Membership of the Twinview Change Advisory Board is by invitation and based on expertise, accountability, and independence. We consider individuals with a strong background in information security, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, compliance, or risk management. External members are selected for their ability to provide impartial oversight and challenge our decision-making constructively. Expressions of interest can be submitted through our Trust Center contact form and will be reviewed during our annual CAB composition review.
