Our Manage module gives building owners all of the features from our base Access package whilst adding powerful facilities management tools to allow the user to manage and maintain a building whilst ensuring legislative compliance.

Assets and equipment

Twinview lets users store all of your asset’s data in one place for quick and convenient access offering a more efficient way of viewing an asset’s history, ticket issues, maintenance jobs and up-to-date literature in an array of formats from PDF to JPEG.

If an asset is smart or provides a data feed, Twinview will enable users to monitor their real-time performance and status. This is particularly important when trying to reduce carbon and costs, moving a building closer to Net Zero.

Tickets, issues and maintenance jobs

With a fully-featured Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, optimised FM workflows and built-in support for the full process, Twinview utilises a ticketing system for issue resolution and creation of maintenance jobs and tasks.

These powerful tools facilitate full building management for day-to-day operations ensuring that all activity and decisions are logged and saved to the project’s golden thread.

Maintain a golden thread

All actions on Twinview are added to a log that cannot be edited, creating a digital audit trail of who did what and when, offering greater accountability for decisions and actions made.

Access to manufacturer products

Twinview has partnerships with a range of manufacturers providing building owners with a comprehensive library of content that can be used in replacement workflows. If a broken asset needs replacing, the user can search and find a suitable replacement, load a new asset into the project (which includes all up-to-date maintenance information and literature) and the 3D model will even update to reflect the changes.

Users can access real-time cost information within our product libraries and request product quotes directly through Twinview.
